    Are you a factory or trading company?

    We are the manufacturer and we have our own R & D team.

    Can l have some samples from you before l buy?

    YES! We can provide you free samples up to US$5 in vale. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Also you are required to pay the sample delivery cost by DHL. UPS，EMS, TNT or FedEx.

    Can you offer the customized service?

    Sure, we can offer customized color box, instruction manual & insert printing if you can meet a certain order qty.

    Can you customize the product for me?(development of new product)?

    Yes, we can customize or develop a storage tank for your product, but there are certain quantity requirements and you will be responsible for the mold fee. We recommend purchasing our existing products.

    What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

    Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs (if we have stock).

    How can l order from you?

    How do l make the payment?

    We would accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal. Please note that customized orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and customization work has begun ,we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We take great care to ensure that all customized products meet your specifications, and we encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming the purchase.
